Autumn is my favorite time to visit one of my favorite places on Long Island, Old Westbury Gardens. While the garden is beautiful in the spring and summer, I feel like the best of the best is on display as the air gets crisper. Not only can you see the dahlias, roses and other flowers still in bloom, but you also get the trees starting to change colors.
Taking advantage of a day off from work and an actual seasonable fall day, I paid my first visit this year to Old Westbury Gardens. Going to the gardens during the week definitely has it’s perks, I practically had the whole place to myself, so of course I took advantage by taking a ton of photographs!
Wow nice flowers. Those are eye catching.
