Old Westbury Gardens is one of my favorite places on Long Island. Since I spend so much time there with my camera, I figured I would start Westbury Wednesdays, to share some of my favorite photos I have taken on my visits. There is so much beauty to see at Old Westbury Gardens, from Westbury House, the nature paths, the gorgeous architecture including the marble columns and iron gates and of course the many different varieties of flowers and plants.
The photo above is from inside the walled garden and it was taken during the spring when the allium was in full bloom. And if you look closely at the top left of the photo you can see the hanging wisteria.
